This policy explains how Cerebrum-Dev AI Ops (“CerebrumDev.ai”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website, cerebrum-dev.com. It does not cover our products, which have their own terms.

What we collect

• Contact form and email. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, company (optional), topic, subject and message.
• Technical data. When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit abuse (a maximum number of messages per address in a short period). It is not stored with your message. Our hosting provider processes standard request data to deliver and protect the website.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

How we use it

Only to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the contact form.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox at info@cerebrum-dev.com.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

We share personal information with no one else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email info@cerebrum-dev.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
